A delegation from Swansea University (United Kingdom), a long-time strategic partner of the UGA, was welcomed from March 29 to 31, 2022 in order to move forward with the implementation of the joint strategic plan, particularly in terms of research.

The delegation was made up of:

Pr Paul BOYLE, Vice-Chancellor of Swansea University
Pr Judith LAMIE, Pro-Vice-Chancellor International
Pr Helen GRIFFITHS, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Research and Innovation
Mme Julie WILLIAMS, Associate Director and Head of Research Development
M. Daniel SPAGNI, International Advisor.

This meeting was an opportunity to discover some research laboratories as well as the Grenoble campuses.

The delegation was welcomed by Yassine Lakhnech, President of the UGA, Karine Samuel, Vice-President in charge of Outreach and International Relations, Hervé Courtois, Vice-President in charge of Research, as well as members of the International and External Affairs Department.
