Tangible Results
The PILE project, has generated significant outcomes that lay a strong foundation for continued collaboration in 2026. A research network among the three partner universities has been successfully launched, notably through the organization of a two-day workshop held on 5–6 March 2026 in Grenoble. The workshop has fostered collaboration not only among the core teams but also with external specialists in spoken corpora and phraseology acquisition, while actively involving early-stage researchers and PHD students. In parallel, a dedicated project website and a comprehensive inventory of spoken corpora in French, Chinese, and Japanese have been developed, providing valuable resources for both research and teaching.
The continuation of PILE in 2026 will enable further corpus development and comparative analysis, expand international partnerships, and strengthen links between research and teaching.
